Please Note: Exported AutoCAD .DXF format is only suitable when technical drawings, diagrams, and complex cutouts are required. Exported AutoCAD format is not suitable for most typeface/font/image requirements. With this format we also require any images that have been imported, to be supplied in their original format (Text/Image).
.PDF 
Please Note: PDF format has proven to be a successful way to export artwork from most design software products and platforms, therefore this format is extremely useful in maintaining quality to the finished product. On some occasions, however, we have difficulty editing and/or outputting an exported PDF file for one reason or another; in these cases we kindly request that we are able to communicate directly with the person responsible for exporting the file(s), to discuss alternative exporting options.
Due to rapid development and variations affecting the font design technology (fonts purchased from different suppliers are not fully interchangeable, even if they share the same name), we would appreciate you providing all fonts associated with a particular job. If the job does not contain a large amount of text, please convert text to paths (curves/outlines), of course, retaining fill, line & colour specifications.
To standard scale (1:1, 1:2, 2:1, etc.) in colour or black & white, with specified colour separation.

Our pre-press graphics department has over twenty years experience and is
committed to producing the very best quality pre-press artwork for screen
printing, chemical etching, and CNC machining.
Artwork by its nature is open to interpretation (without the luxury of exact
measurements, typefaces, and styles). Therefore, to avoid such issues we offer the opportunity
to approve a “WYSIWYG” PDF by eMail or, a faxed copy, of pre-press artwork by
request from yourself. In some cases, we may feel it necessary to send a “WYSIWYG” PDF ourselves.
This allows you the opportunity to approve artwork pre-production, we feel this
goes a long way towards eliminating any preconceptions (and/or manufacturing costs) in regards to the finished
product.
In some instances/projects we are able to offer a sample of the finished product, if this is something of interest to you,
please contact us directly to discuss options that may be available for your given
project, which may allow us to supply a finished sample.
